This workshop will build corporate-grade AI fundamentals and workplace workflows so new professionals can deliver faster, safer, and more consistent business outputs in communication, analysis, reporting, and light automation aligned to company policies and stakeholder needs.

L2: Practitioner

Applied AI for New Professionals

This workshop will build practitioner level skills to design, operate, and measure AI assisted workflows for core corporate functions, with a focus on data handling, structured outputs, light automation, and measurable impact.

L3: Professional

Applied AI for New Professionals

This workshop will develop professional level capability to design, deploy, and govern business grade AI solutions. Participants will architect end to end workflows, use retrieval augmented generation on company knowledge, orchestrate agentic automations, evaluate quality and risk, and deliver a measurable pilot with an executive readout.

L1: Corporate Foundations

Applied AI for New Professionals

1. PROGRAM PURPOSE

This workshop will build corporate-grade AI fundamentals and workplace workflows so new professionals can deliver faster, safer, and more consistent business outputs in communication, analysis, reporting, and light automation aligned to company policies and stakeholder needs.

2. Learning Outcomes

By the end of Day 2, participants will be able to:

  1. Describe core AI concepts, limits, and governance in a corporate context.
  2. Apply prompt frameworks to produce business collateral that fits brand tone and stakeholder expectations.
  3. Use AI with spreadsheets and documents to analyze KPIs and create decision-ready summaries.
  4. Standardize outputs with reusable templates, SOPs, and checklists.
  5. Build simple no-code automations that reduce repetitive work.
  6. Run quick market or competitor scans with citations and assumptions stated.
  7. Work ethically with confidential data, approvals, and audit trails.
  8. Present an end-to-end AI-assisted workflow showing time saved or quality improved.

3. TEACHING AND LEARNING METHODS

  • Mini-demo followed by guided practice cycles.
  • Job aids: corporate prompt cards, email and brief templates, SOP checklist, time-saved calculator.
  • Group gamification: relay race and timed case tasks.
  • Function-specific datasets (sales, HR, operations) for relevance.

Applied AI for New Professionals

1. PROGRAM PURPOSE

This workshop will build practitioner level skills to design, operate, and measure AI assisted workflows for core corporate functions, with a focus on data handling, structured outputs, light automation, and measurable impact.

2. Learning Outcomes

By the end of Day 2, participants will be able to:

  1. Map a business process and identify AI leverage points and risks.
  2. Design prompt chains using roles, patterns, and structured outputs such as JSON or tables.
  3. Transform unstructured inputs into clean, structured data for reporting and analysis.
  4. Use AI to classify, extract entities, summarize, and generate action items from real documents.
  5. Build a starter assistant for a corporate use case such as helpdesk or document Q and A using no code tools.
  6. Integrate AI with spreadsheets and cloud apps using connectors to automate repetitive work.
  7. Create SOPs, checklists, and templates that standardize outputs across a team.
  8. Evaluate quality using small test sets, error logging, and red teaming, then iterate safely.
  9. Calculate basic ROI, time saved, and quality metrics to justify adoption.
  10. Present a practitioner level case with artifacts, metrics, and a rollout plan.

1. PROGRAM PURPOSE

This workshop will develop professional level capability to design, deploy, and govern business grade AI solutions. Participants will architect end to end workflows, use retrieval augmented generation on company knowledge, orchestrate agentic automations, evaluate quality and risk, and deliver a measurable pilot with an executive readout.

2. Learning Outcomes

By the end of Day 2, participants will be able to:

  1. Translate business OKRs into an AI solution blueprint with scope, risks, and success metrics.
  2. Select appropriate models and tools balancing cost, latency, security, and capabilities.
  3. Design prompt chains and schema based outputs that integrate with spreadsheets and apps.
  4. Implement retrieval augmented generation (RAG) using enterprise documents with a low code vector store or workspace KB.
  5. Build agentic, multi step automations across SaaS tools (e.g., email, CRM, docs, tickets).
  6. Set up an evaluation harness with golden sets, error logging, and human review workflow.
  7. Apply security, privacy, and compliance controls including PII handling and data residency notes.
  8. Instrument monitoring dashboards for usage, quality, and ROI; run small A B tests safely.
  9. Prepare SOPs, rollout, and change management plans for a controlled pilot.
  10. Deliver a working demo and executive summary showing measurable impact and next steps.
